All students who wish to pursue a degree and/or certification in education must apply for acceptance into the School of Education. Please?see the?Professional Program Requirements?on the College of Education's website for a list of the requirements for acceptance.

Applying to the Undergraduate Program

1比1现金棋牌跑得快苹果Students applying to an undergraduate education degree program can take no more than two courses in education until they have met all the requirements for admission into the College of Education, and have received official notification of their acceptance.

1比1现金棋牌跑得快苹果Students?seeking to enter?any undergraduate teacher education program?are responsible for first completing the University Requirements. These are program-specific, so be sure to consult your program adviser or the?undergraduate course?catalog.

To satisfy the requirements of the College of Education, students must also complete?five other standards:?

  • Passing (or waiving) the Praxis I exam in Reading, Writing, and Mathematics
  • Minimum 2.7?QPR in all undergraduate courses
  • Submission of essay demonstrating proficiency in English
  • Interview?by a departmental admissions committee
  • Two letters of recommendation attesting to suitability as an educator (forms available in main office)

Applying to the Graduate Program

All applicants must apply to the School of Graduate Studies?before?they apply to the College of Education.?

Students applying to a graduate education degree program must already hold a bachelor's degree or the equivalent from an?appropriately accredited college or university. Graduate students must apply to both the School of Graduate Studies and the College of Education. They must first submit an?application for admission to the School of Graduate Studies1比1现金棋牌跑得快苹果.
